Robert Reichnbach was backing into a parking space when he struck the rear of an unoccupied vehicle belonging to Jeffery Jensen. 23, at 12:30 a.m., officers from the Lewistown Borough Police Department responded to the parking area adjacent to the intersection of S Pine Road and Montgomery Ave for a no injury, non reportable vehicle accident. The vehicles owner believes his vehicle was struck by a passing motorist sometime within the week prior to report the damage to his vehicle. ¯ Hit and Run - On Jan, 21, the owner of a black Subaru parked in front of 68 Chestnut Street and reported damage to the vehicle. Officers identified the female and confirmed that she was not injured. The offender was identified as Michael Shane Lisa, 32, of Reedsville.

The female then ran southbound and the male became confrontational with the car full of witnesses who fled the area and happened upon an officer driving nearby on Chesnut Street. The male approached a female on the sidewalk and he struck the female.

A subject identified by store associates as Devin George Leach, 19, was observed concealing merchandise in a backpack and leaving the store without paying for it. 15, the Lewistown Police Department received a complaint of retail theft from the Giant Food Store in Lewistown.
